Pineapple Peach Smoothie

Peach Pineapple Perfection - This pineapple peach smoothie strikes the perfect balance between sweet and tart. It's a perfect after-school snack or healthy breakfast!

You can use fresh or frozen fruit for this smoothie. If you use fresh fruit, I like adding 1 cup of ice for a frosty finish.

Serves: About 4 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups pineapple (I like frozen)
  • 1½ cups peaches (I like frozen)
  • 1 cup baby spinach (you can also use kale)
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • ¾ cup water
  • Optional protein boost (pick one): 2 Tbsps: Protein Powder (BiPro), collagen peptides, chia seeds, or hemp seeds

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth, adding more water or orange juice as necessary.
