You can use fresh or frozen fruit for this smoothie. If you use fresh fruit, I like adding 1 cup of ice for a frosty finish.
Serves: About 4 cups
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups pineapple (I like frozen)
- 1½ cups peaches (I like frozen)
- 1 cup baby spinach (you can also use kale)
- ¾ cup orange juice
- ¾ cup water
- Optional protein boost (pick one): 2 Tbsps: Protein Powder (BiPro), collagen peptides, chia seeds, or hemp seeds
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth, adding more water or orange juice as necessary.
