Ingredients
- 1-3 olives plus 1/2 ounce olive brine
- 1 dash dry vermouth
- 3 ounces gin, such as Plymouth, frozen or Vokda such as Grey Goose
Instructions
Shake the olive juice/brine extra cold with large ice in a cocktail shaker.
In a chilled martini or Nick and Nora glass, drop in a dash of vermouth and twirl around in the glass to coat the inside of the glass to season it.
Strain the olive brine into the glass. Fill with frozen gin or vodka of choice. Add 1-3 olives on a crystal pick and serve.
