Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats or Quick Cooking Steele Cut Oats
- 1 scoop/packet BiPro French Vanilla
- 1/3 cup Skim milk or Almond mild unsweetend
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- dash Nutmeg
- 1/4 cup Chopped Apple
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients except fruit into a 10-12 ounce bowl or container. Mix well.
2. Stir in fruit.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Stir before eating.
5. May be heated in the microwave if desired.
Note: Replace spices and apple with other spices and fruit as desired. BiPro Chocolate and
BiPro Unflavored can also be used as desired.
Other flavor suggestions:
- BiPro Chocolate with 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter and 1/4 cup diced banana
- BiPro French Vanilla with 1/3 cup chopped strawberries
- BiPro Chocolate with 1/3 cup raspberries
