Preparation Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes Makes: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Almond Butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1/3 cup Agave Syrup or Honey
- 7 scoops BiPRO French Vanilla Powder
- 2 cups Quick Oats
- 1/3 cup Sliced Almonds (or other nut of choice)
- 1/4 cup Miniature Chocolate Chips (or chopped dried fruit of choice)
- 1/2-3/4 cup Water
Instructions:
1. Mix together almond butter and agave syrup until smooth.
2. Add BiPro French Vanilla whey protein isolate, oats, almonds and chocolate chips and mix well.
3. Add water 1 Tbsp at a time, while mixing, until a stiff dough is formed.
4. Press into a lightly greased 8 or 9 inch square pan.
5. Let set 1 hour before cutting into 12 bars.
6. Wrap bars individually and store in the refrigerator.
