Ingredients
- 4 cups Napa Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1½ cups Snow Pea Pods, trimmed and cut in half
- ½ Medium Cucumber, sliced
- ½ Red Bell Pepper, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce or Tamari
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 6 Tbsp BiPro, Unflavored, Whey Protein Isolate
- 1 Tbsp Sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 Tbsp Ginger root, freshly grated
- 1 clove Garlic, finely minced
Instructions
Combine cabbage, pea pods, cucumber and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, water, BiPro Whey Protein, sugar, ginger root and garlic. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
