No Egg Southwestern Breakfast Stir-Fry P2




Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients


  • 4 ounces lean ground beef, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup diced cabbage
  • ¼ cup chopped Hatch green chile
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ bell pepper chopped
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Directions

Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, when hot, cook the beef, onion, cabbage, peppers, chile, red pepper flakes, and cilantro, stirring often, for about 7 minutes, until the beef is cooked. Dress with the lime juice.
