Ingredients
- 4 ounces lean ground beef, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup diced cabbage
- ¼ cup chopped Hatch green chile
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ bell pepper chopped
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
Directions
Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, when hot, cook the beef, onion, cabbage, peppers, chile, red pepper flakes, and cilantro, stirring often, for about 7 minutes, until the beef is cooked. Dress with the lime juice.
