Wild Rice and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked wild rice
  • ½ cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions (scallions), white and green parts
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup steamed cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:

Toss all ingredients together and serve.
