Ingredients
- ½ cup cooked wild rice
 - ½ cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
 - ¼ cup sliced green onions (scallions), white and green parts
 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
 - ¼ cup diced tomatoes
 - ½ cup steamed cauliflower, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
 - 1 garlic clove, minced
 
Directions:
Toss all ingredients together and serve.
