Serves: 5
Ingredients:
- 1 Can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp chipotle spice
- 2 tbsp of lime Juice
Directions:
Puree all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Garnish with a slice of lime on top and some chipotle sprinkled lightly over top.
