Serves: 3
Ingredients:
- 1 Can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Cloves
- 3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes in oil
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp of Lemon Juice
Directions:
Puree all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
