Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
 - 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
 - 1 cup 1/2-inch pieces peeled papaya
 - 1 cup 1/2-inch pieces peeled pineapple
 - 1/2 medium-size red onion, diced
 - 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
 - 2 tablespoons seeded, minced jalapeño
 - 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
 - 1 packet stevia
 
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. (You can make this salsa one day ahead — just cover and refrigerate.)
